Open Access mandates are on everyone's mind, thanks to Plan S, the rumored recent US OA executive order, and more. This session will provide a variety of perspectives, as well as a chance to discuss the challenges and opportunities OA mandates and policies present for key stakeholder groups. In particular, we will be highlighting the voices of those who have been less well-represented in discussions to date, including researchers and smaller societies. There will be ample opportunity for audience questions, comments, and participation.
