Open Access mandates are on everyone's mind, thanks to Plan S, the recent US OA executive order, and more. This session will provide a variety of perspectives, as well as a chance to discuss the challenges and opportunities OA mandates present for libraries, publishers, and service providers alike.

How are society publishers leveraging publication data to make informed decisions about OA strategy? This session will discuss those tools and techniques that even the smallest organizations can adopt to adeptly manage new mandates and policies. In addition, we’ll discuss the importance of industry-wide metadata standards and their contribution to an OA future.
